Online Booking System Options
Book an appointment online below
Registered Users: Registered users can use the Online Booking System to book or manage physio, dietitian and massage appointments, and exercise classes. For Clinical Pilates bookings, please contact reception. Ensure you log into the system by entering your email address and password under “My Account”. See Screenshot
Guest Users: If you’re not registered for the Online Booking System yet, you can make guest bookings for physio, dietitian and massage appointments only. To make a guest booking, please log in under “Guest Booking”. See Screenshot
How to Register: To register for the Online Booking System, just select “Register Now” in the Online Booking System below. After your registration is completed by our team, you will receive a notification email. See Screenshot

How long is a term?A term will generally run for 12 weeks (depending on public holidays). There is also a 10 week term option – generally runs to school term. There are four terms through the year. Click here to view the term information.
What are the term dates?A term will generally run for 12 weeks (depending on public holidays). There is also a 10 week term option – generally runs to school term. There are four terms through the year.

Is there an Early Bird discount?Yes. To claim the discounted Early Bird Rate, full payment must be made by the last business day preceding the start of the term.
How many weeks do I have to book in for?You must book in for a complete term of the same class. For example Mon 9am Advanced.
Can I book across multiple times and days?You must book in for a complete term of the same class. For example Mon 9am Advanced. You are welcome to book in multiple class times each term if you book for a full term of each.
When can I book online for the new term?Online bookings for the next term will be opened three to four weeks before the term starts, generally week 9 of current term.
When must I book and pay by?Full payment for each term is due by the last business day of week 2 of term. If you have not paid for your term by this point your online bookings may be removed allowing other participants to book into the class
How can I pay for my classes?You can pay by direct credit to our bank account, see details below. Please put your surname & the term in the description. For example “Jones Term 3”. Alternatively, you can pay with credit card at Reception or over the phone on 9369 4111. Please note that we do not accept cash or AMEX payments.
Can I claim the classes through my health fund?Classes are health fund rebatable if you have the cover, please check with your fund. Health funds will only rebate after classes are completed so we will send you an itemised receipt for your classes at the end of the term.
How much are the classes?Please see pricing information
Will my spot be held for next term?Preference will be given to existing class participants to rebook their class in week 9 of the current term when bookings for the new term will open. After this point, places will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that places are not confirmed until they have been paid for. If you have purchased an annual pass, your spot will be held throughout the year.
Do I have to book my class if I have an annual pass?If you have purchased an annual pass, your spot will be held throughout the year.
What do I do if I can't make a class?
- If you can’t make a class you can remove yourself from that class & book into another class as a Make Up Class (MUC).
- Cancellations and MUC can only be booked using the Online Booking System.
- MUC must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to the class.
- MUC must be taken in the term in which the original class was scheduled.
What do I do if I've missed a class?If you’ve missed your class without first arranging a Make Up Class you will forfeit this class, and no credit or refund will be provided as the space in the class was being held for you. Make Up Classes can only be booked using the Online Booking System and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to the class.
I’m doing a pregnancy class - what happens if my baby is born or I can’t continue due to pregnancy?We will provide you with a credit for classes that you can use next term.
I'm doing Mums n Bubs, what if my bub starts crawling?Due to safety reasons if your baby is moving, you can choose another class or receive a credit for next term.
When can I get my receipt?An itemised receipt will be provided to each participant after the term is completed. If you have the appropriate cover, you can then use this to claim from your Health Fund.
