Physio Pilates classes offer a blue print for your body which is often lost through injury, poor posture or years of bad habits. Based in Bondi Junction in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, AJ Physio’s classes begin by establishing a solid foundation through correct posture, core muscle function and breath control and move to advanced exercises that build strength and stability through your whole body. The classes safely progress and challenge you to develop a balanced, fit, strong and injury resistant body and are suitable for beginners to advanced participants (maximum class size 10 people).
Types of Physio Pilates Classes
We offer Physio Pilates in Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Pregnancy, and Mums and Bubs.
Suitable for participants who have no experience in Pilates. The exercises will be gentle and focus on foundations such as posture, core and breath.
Suitable for participants with some previous experience in Pilates. Exercises build on the foundations of posture, core and breath and work to strengthen and stabilise your body.
You must have a moderate level of fitness and some past experience with Pilates. Exercises are based on posture, core and breath, with a progressive approach to functional strength and stability.
