Pelvic pain is a common presentation, affecting people in a variety of ways. The pelvic area is complex, and involves many different structures, i.e. muscles, joints, ligaments, bladder, bowel and sexual organs. Consequently, pelvic pain can manifest itself in a variety of ways.
