    EXHALE TO FIND YOUR CORE MUSCLES!

    Pursed lip exhaling will help you locate and use your core muscles while exercising. Try this simple exercise: inhale through your nose keeping your shoulders relaxed, exhale through pursed lips while you gently contract your pelvic floor. It should feel like you are blowing out a candle with a small pelvic floor lift. Try to integrate thi to certain exercises, ie squats, lunges, abdominal exercises.
