Are you in a regular, satisfying routine with your bowels? If not, these simple tips may help you optimise your bodies waste management system. A sluggish bowel dramatically affects our energy levels and mood. An important system to have working wellSmile Face
1. Fluid: ensure you are adequately hydrated (1.5-2L water/day). Imagine trying to glide down a waterslide without water!?
2. Fibre: not just the amount but also the type of fibre is crucial to soften the stool, making it easy to pass.
3. Exercise: a commonly missed component of bowel health! Excellent to stimulate peristalsis (gut motility).
